Who we are

RAMCO Precast is led by brothers Paul and Ray Rameh, who have more than 25 years’ experience in precast manufacturing and construction.

We have worked on a significant quantity of projects across South Australia, including e.g. multi-storey residential, commercial, education, health and civil infrastructure.
On many of these projects we have managed the precast package from start to finish, from early design coordination through to installation and client handover.

Clients choose us for complex, high-profile projects because we take responsibility for the whole precast scope rather than just supplying panels.

How we work with you

Engage us early

We review your drawings and use CAD software to build 3D BIM models. These cover drafting, coordination, manufacturing and erection methodology, so clashes and risks are resolved before production starts.

We manufacture to program

Elements are produced in our Lonsdale factory under our quality management system, or cast on site where that suits the project. Production is scheduled around your construction sequence.

We deliver and install

Our team delivers and installs the elements, so your site keeps moving.
