Description: This $35 million development Quest II Hotel development utilised precast concrete and modular structural elements as part of its six-storey construction.
Architectural Finishes: The precast concrete incorporated a distinct mix of colours and textures – including off-form grey, off-white, sandblasted white, and acid-etched charcoal – to create an industrial-styled architectural facade complementing the Port Adelaide riverfront.
